ITzSolved

By authorizing ITzSolved to perform services at the designated location, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

The Customer affirms that ITzSolved and its authorized personnel have full permission to access the site and perform all necessary installation activities, including cable routing, drilling, and mounting.

ITzSolved will exercise reasonable care during installation. However, the Customer understands that hidden structural conditions (e.g., wiring, plumbing, insulation, framing) may not be visible or detectable prior to or during the work.

The Customer agrees to waive and hold harmless ITzSolved, its employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any claims related to minor property damage, cosmetic impact, or disruption caused during installation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Unless agreed to in writing, patching, painting, or cosmetic restoration is not included in the scope of work and is the Customer’s responsibility.

The Customer assumes all risks associated with cable installation in existing structures and agrees to disclose any known hazards or structural sensitivities before work begins.

By approving the work or signing the proposal, the Customer confirms their understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

This document, along with any referenced proposals, attachments, and written amendments, constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and ITzSolved. It supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, regarding the subject matter herein.

No changes to this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both ITzSolved and the Customer.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate court located in Michigan.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ITzSolved shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government restrictions.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ITzSolved from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the Customer’s misuse of services, breach of contract, or failure to disclose site conditions or required access.
